Our clinic is open seven days a week to provide you with convenient, personalized dental care.

  • Dr. Adrian Hofmann

    General Dentist

    Dr. Adrian Hofmann graduated from the University College Cork Faculty of Dentistry. He completed a Master of Science in Cell and Systems Biology and a double major in biochemistry and human biology, graduating magna cum laude at the University of Toronto.

    Dr. Hofmann is committed to continual education and lifelong learning to provide the best care possible to his patients. He believes patient interaction is the most enjoyable part of dentistry and provides a relaxing environment for his patients, ensuring they have a safe, successful, and enjoyable visit. In addition to common dental procedures such as fillings, root canal treatments, crowns/bridges and veneers, Dr. Hofmann also provides Invisalign, botox and wisdom tooth extraction.

    Outside of the office, Dr. Hofmann started dental health outreach programs in Ireland, reaching out to low-income communities to provide oral health care. He enjoys spending time outside, gardening, hiking, camping and playing soccer.

  • Dr. Kalim Nafisiyazdi

    General Dentist

    Dr. Kalim's academic journey began at The University of Calgary where he completed a Bachelor of Biological Sciences degree with Distinction. He then obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Sydney. Dr. Kalim is dedicated to actively listening to his patients, investing time to understand their desires and requirements, all while maintaining a welcoming demeanor to ensure a comfortable experience at the dentist's office.

    Outside of Dentistry, Dr. Kalim enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his dog. He also likes to watch movies, travel, and swim (when the weather permits!).

  • Dr. Pawan Nyachhyon

    General Dentist

    Dr. Pawan Nyachhyon received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Sindh in 1998. After being licensed as a dentist in Alberta, he began practicing general dentistry at Westmount Dental.

    Dr. Nyachhyon is committed to provide quality dental care for the well-being of his patients. His distinctive blend of artistic and technical dexterity has succeeded to create a long-lasting smile in many patients.

    While an active member of Canadian Dental Association and Alberta Dental Association, he is a stanch supporter of lifetime learning to stay abreast with current trends in dentistry in order to improve his patient’s oral health.

    Dr. Nyachhyon loves to read, travel, and listen to the music. He volunteers in his community events, and in spare time he enjoys swimming, yoga, and spending time with his wife and children.

  • Dr. Rosen Karanov

    General Dentist

    Dr. Karanov grew up in Edmonton and graduated from Ross Sheppard High School right across the street from Westmount Dental Centre.

    He attended the University of Alberta for his undergraduate education, and in 2016 moved to sunny Australia to pursue his dental training in tropical North Queensland.

    Dr. Karanov spent years working close to the Great Barrier Reef, as well as practicing in Tasmania and the Western Australian Outback.

    He's spent most of his career in rural areas working with difficult cases and complicated dental histories, giving him the scope and confidence to provide a catered plan of care along the entire spectrum of patient needs.

    He recently moved back to his familiar community of Edmonton and is now enjoying all the city has to offer.

    Outside the office he enjoys staying active in many ways including riding motorcycles on road and off-road trails.

  • Dr. Yashpreet Maan

    General Dentist

    I was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba where I studied Microbiology and Immunology followed by obtaining my Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Manitoba

    I spent my time working in rural Manitoba practicing all fields of dentistry with a focus on oral surgery root canals, and dental implants.

    I moved to Edmonton in 2022 and continue to deliver quality care in order to meet our patient's expectations.

    If I'm not working at Westmount Dental Centre then you can find me outdoors skiing/snowboarding, watching football and hockey, or out trying a new restaurant.

  • Dr. Maryam Abtahi

    General Dentist

    Dr Abtahi is a General Dentist who received her first dental degree from University of Sharjah in Dubai, and a second dental degree from University of Alberta in 2020.

    Beyond dentistry, Dr Abtahi has three master degrees in business from Silicon Valley, and Dubai.

    She enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry and takes time to educate her patients about their oral health and options available to them.

    During her spare time, Dr Abtahi loves to read poetry, go for walks and spend time with her family.

    Dr. Abtahi is fluent in English, Farsi and can get by with Spanish.
