Patient Information
Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment time so that you can fill out a New Patient form. You can also download and complete the new patient form in advance by clicking below.
Initial Examination
When you come in for your first appointment, your dentist will begin by going over your medical and dental history. They will then complete a thorough dental exam, which may include X-rays and an oral cancer screening.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. They will also answer any questions you have about your oral health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At Westmount Dental Centre, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and financing so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Insurance Claims
Our administrative team is more than happy to help you understand your insurance plan. We can also bill your insurance provider directly.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice by phone for any cancellations. If you are unable to make your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.
Support for Anxious Patients
It is common to feel fear ahead of a dental appointment. Unfortunately, this fear can prevent people from getting the oral health care they need. If this sounds like you, we can help!
The team at Westmount Dental Centre has a variety of practices in place, including dental sedation options, to help keep you calm during your visits.
